How it works
One trip, many baskets.
Most deliveries ride on a group order. The more buyers join, the less each one pays.
- 01
Join a group order
Browse the group orders heading to your city, pick a store, and see when it arrives and how many buyers are in.
- 02
Add your basket, share the fee
Add the items you want. The organizer’s fee is split across the group, so it can drop as more buyers join. Once your basket is accepted, your payment is held.
- 03
Meet and confirm
The organizer buys everything and brings it to Morocco. You give your single-use delivery code at the hand-off, and only then are they paid.
Post your own order with a product link and a fee. Organizers already flying your route send you offers.
Safety
Built so both sides can trust a stranger.
The same four protections cover every order, whichever side of the deal you are on.
-
Verified identity
Every user confirms a government ID and a selfie before they can transact. No anonymous accounts.
-
Money held until delivery
Payment is taken when your basket or offer is accepted, then held. The organizer is paid on handover, not before.
-
Single-use delivery code
Only you have the code. Giving it to the organizer is what releases the payment, and proof the items arrived.
-
Disputes get reviewed
If something goes wrong, open a dispute and we decide how the held money is allocated based on the evidence.

Common questions
Quick answers about customs, payment, and what is allowed to travel.
Who pays customs duty?
The buyer, unless the two of you agree otherwise in the chat before the item is bought. The traveler declares the goods at the border, so anything restricted is refused outright.
What stops an organizer from keeping my money?
They never hold it. Your payment sits with Shreeli until you hand over your delivery code at the meeting. If they never deliver, you open a dispute and get refunded.
What can I not ask for?
Anything illegal in either country: narcotics, weapons, counterfeits, live animals, prescription medicine without documentation, and anything restricted under Moroccan import rules. Requesting one closes your account.
Why does the fee drop in a group order?
The organizer sets one fee for the trip and it is shared by everyone in the group, so each buyer’s share can fall as more people join. The amount you pay is always shown before you pay it.
What if the organizer is stopped at customs?
Organizers are responsible for their own luggage, which is why they should only accept items they can see and verify. Never carry anything you have not inspected.
Which routes does Shreeli support?
Paris, London, Madrid, Brussels, Milan, Dubai, Montreal and Istanbul into Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir and Fes. Wherever the diaspora flies from, someone is usually heading home with space to spare.
What if there is no group order for my store?
Post a one-to-one order instead: paste the product link, set your destination and the fee, and organizers flying your route send you offers.
Our support team can walk you through how posting, matching, and payment work.
